Best practice sharing to create inclusive and purposeful workplaces

The MAP2030 Empowered People Digital Toolbox is a platform for sharing good practice and initiatives from across Mondi to support our MAP2030 Empowered People commitments and was launched in 2022. The Toolbox includes many creative initiatives from across the business that aim to enhance long-term employability, inclusive and purposeful workplaces and mental wellbeing.  

Individual projects are highlighted in virtual MAP2030 exchange sessions to facilitate adoption in other locations. In 2022, the sessions covered topics how to establish a diverse workforce, foster a culture of belonging, increase retention of employees, and design recruiting campaigns to attract more female talent. 

The local initiatives collection is a true source of knowledge for us all to get inspired and use them as a blueprint to roll out in their own locations. The aim of the toolbox is that all operations can use this collection of initiatives as both an inspiration and blueprint for local implementation.
