Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission: 

• Planning and implementation of investment projects and operational excellence projects
• Support of the plant manager
• Development and optimisation of production processes using appropriate methods and tools (TPM, Lean, Kaizen, CI, FMEA)
• Ensuring project realization including coordination and communication with all relevant stakeholders 
• Fostering knowledge and good practice sharing within international team structure
• Development and implementation of new standards
• Controlling of production related KPI’s

Your profile:

• Degree in industrial engineering / process engineering / management or a comparable engineering degree, with initial work experience of 3 to 5 years in a production field
• Knowledge of production-related KPI’s such as quality, HSE and productivity
• Experience in all aspects of continuous improvement and lean management tools (TPM, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, FMEA, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously, excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Structured thinking and acting, 
• Acting as a team player and good communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP and database systems is an advantage
• Mobility and willingness to travel
• Languages: German, English
