Air packer
Specially designed to fill granular or powdered products into valve bags at high speed. The product is mixed with a stream of air so that it flows faster into the bag. This fluidisation ensures high filling performance even with the finest powders or granules.
Impeller packer
Specially designed to fill very fine powdery products (< 3 mm) into valve bags at high speed. The product is fed into the bag by a turbine with a lateral screw, which causes the product to flow faster into the bag. Thanks to the reduced air volume, the bags used require less de-aeration.
Open mouth bag & squeeze bottom packers
Specially designed for filling fine powder or granules. The filling material is pre-weighed and discharged into the bags by gravity.
