Mondi Diamond Awards

The Mondi Diamond Awards have been held every few years since 2008. Colleagues from all across the Mondi world take part in the 3-stage awards process, inspiring us with their innovation, determination and people-centred approach.

This creates a unique platform for sharing best practices, while spotlighting the incredible achievements of our teams. 

Participants have the unique opportunity to present their work to Mondi's Group Executive Committee, while the finalists share their knowledge and insights with Mondi’s broader leadership team. The experience includes personal coaching sessions where finalists learn lifelong presentation and storytelling skills. It also provides a platform for the teams from across the world to interact, learn and be inspired by each other.

In 2024, 75 teams entered the competition, and eight winners were announced as part of the Leadership Forum in Vienna on 16 May 2024.
