Valentina, our International Graduate

Her journey with Mondi started in May 2022 when she embarked on the role of a Student Assistant within the Functional Paper and Films Business Segment. Juggling part-time work with her master's studies at IMC FH Krems in Austria, Valentina's academic journey successfully ended in September 2023, specialising in International Business and Economic Diplomacy.

For Valentina, Mondi is not just a workplace; it is a world of opportunities for personal and professional growth. The role of Student Assistant provided the perfect platform to immerse herself in the dynamic area of business while pursuing her academic aspirations. With the completion of her studies, she seized the opportunity to join Mondi's International Graduate Programme in Finance, embarking on a journey of exploration and discovery alongside fellow fresh graduates from diverse backgrounds.

Navigating the demands of work and study posed its own set of challenges for Valentina. Yet, with the support of her manager and team, she found a balance, where professional tasks got combined with academic pursuits. Their guidance and encouragement supported her career journey.
