From starting as an appprentice to becoming an apprentice trainer ... get to know Luisa from Mondi Ansbach!

I came across Mondi ...

I grew up in Brodswinden and I knew all of the companies in the industrial area. However, Mondi is a known employer beyond that region, so even I was not from that area, I would have come across the company.

What I like most about Mondi...

my colleagues and the cooperation with my apprentices in the field of industrial clerk. In addition, as an assistant to the Managing Director, I get on really well with our management at the Ansbach site - we are a great team.

When I came to Mondi, I never thought that ...

I would still be working here 10 years after my apprenticeship. In the meantime, I have taken on many different responsibilities, e.g. apprentice trainer in the field of industrial clerks, assistant to the management and I also run the reception. I would never have imagined that 10 years ago, when I was an apprentice.

When my family asks me what my job is about, I explain ...

that it would really take me a long time to list my various activities. My area of responsibility at Mondi Ansbach is quite broad. I would tell that I do many different creative tasks for a company that produces sustainably packaging and paper solutions.

My biggest challenge so far has been ...

to design and plan a trade fair stand on my own. This challenging task was a lot of fun for me, as I really enjoy creative tasks.

My future career path leads me to ...

for now, I see myself continuing to work for Mondi Ansbach in the future. I´m really enjoying the time here.
