Mission:
- Operate the Cut-size converting plant in accordance with Mondi Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality guidelines
- Maintains a high level housekeeping throughout the plant in compliance with the 5S workplace visualization program
- Ensure that production complies with the Cut-size SPI’s and Cut-size Quality Network
- Troubleshoot operational problems in the plant to achieve efficiency and quality targets
- Optimize the cut-size operations to achieve Time and Material efficiency targets
- Support training initiatives of all team members
- Support maintenance teams in order to carry out maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner
Your Profile:
- Matric (Maths and Physical Science) / NTC3 OR
- At least 4 years high speed packaging experience
- Cut –size experience is preferred
