Your mission:

  • Capex systems integration
  • Capex process coordination
  • Capex reporting internal and external
  • Project Portfolio Office administration
  • Capex Approval Request administration within MSA
  • Manage administrative, QS and document control functions
  • Capital Spares portfolio management
  • Capex department training
  • Coordinate and manage department training and induction into department
  • Interface with CMS to ensure seamless integration or new equipment into mill
  • Act as Capex processes master user.
  • Maintain integrity of approved Capex processes.
  • Coordinate Capex reporting and report to Head of Capex on reporting function and exceptions. 
  • Administrate Project Management systems
  • Be a SAP Champion for Capex department

Your profile:

  • National Diploma Business Management N6 or equivalent
  • SAMTRAC or NEBOSH Certified
  • Safety Management Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate & Advanced Excel
  • ISO 9001/14001 Internal Auditor Lead Certification
  • Certified Project Portfolio Office Administrator
  • Certified M-Files Capex Approval Request Administrator
  • 1 Year minimum diploma/certificate in Project Management or PMP
  • 1 Year minimum diploma/certificate in Data Analysis
  • Minimum 10 years’ construction supervision experience in an industrial environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety management
  • Minimum 10 years’ cost management experience in project environment
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years’ systems management experience in project environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ISO auditing
  • Valid South African Driver’s License
