Your mission:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for non-financial reporting in Mondi’s annual reports. 
  • Assist with project management of the Sustainable Development (SD) Report including content development and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support sustainability reporting content collation process, develop key messages aligned with our corporate strategy and reporting requirements, and oversee the stakeholder feedback process. 
  • Support verification of sustainability claims related to products or operations, including internal training on credible claims in line with legislative requirements and best practice. 
  • Maintain and develop sustainability content on the intranet and the Group website for internal and external audiences. 
  • Engage and support communication of outcomes from diverse sustainability partnerships and collaborations 

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international business with a focus on sustainability. 
  • Broad understanding of sustainable development issues is required, with experience in corporate or sustainability reporting of advantage. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams from various cultures and disciplines, as well as external partners. 
  • Capability to work independently, accurately, and in an organised manner while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines. 
  • Ability to understand a complex variety of factors and translate this into a clear plan of action. 
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex sustainability issues into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences 
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.
