Your mission:
- Strengthen our IT SAP Kernel Team as a lead consultant, overseeing the production planning and potentially the sales and operations planning area for our consumer flexibles business.
- Collaborate with your team to develop new production planning solutions for our functional paper and films business.
- Specialize in SAP ERP, OMP Planning, and potentially OMP S&OP. Secondary specializations include SAP PP/DS and Seagull Bartender.
- Take on roles in ongoing SAP landscape rollout projects, including project management, data migration planning, and cutover execution.
- Work closely with business counterparts, process owners, and key users to shape our business IT solutions.
- Build and expand your network of business peers, bringing your unique style to our collaborative environment.
- Receive comprehensive onboarding and participate in professional training to enhance your technical and soft skills.
- Explore opportunities in different workstreams and engage in non-ERP or cross-team IT initiatives.
Your profile:
- We are looking for a candidate who has a fundamental understanding and genuine passion for lean and effective process designs around the manufacturing and internal logistics supply chain.
- You should have a solution-oriented and sustainable approach towards implementation.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a highly value-driven orientation are essential, along with a reliable hands-on mentality. You are comfortable with hands-on support and adept at resolving unexpected issues.
- You should have over 5 years of experience in managing IT services/projects or as a responsible business key user in a production/internal supply chain environment.
- A university degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field is advantageous, but we are also open to individual biographies such as higher technical schools and relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills at a professional level, with a mindset of transparency, fairness, and directness, are crucial.
- We seek someone who is solution and compromise-oriented, a team player with a confident and open personality, and the ability to lead tasks and mid-sized projects across hierarchical levels.
- Strong English language skills are required, and experience with SAP ERP, Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning, and/or MES solutions is highly valued.

- Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 55,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
