Your mission

  • Ensure high-quality sales data and harmonized cost accounting processes within all production sites
  • Improve sales tools and digital systems (Compass, BW, SAC, CRM)
  • Drive efficient credit management processes
  • Provide data-driven insights for better sales performance
  • Deliver timely, accurate reports meeting all standards
  • Manage sales budgeting, forecasting, and outlook planning
  • Support plants and management with ad-hoc analyses and act as a strategic business partner for sales team and management

Your profile

  • Degree in economics, business, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in sales or business
  • Advanced Excel skills and SAP/BW/SAC/CRM experience is plus
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a willingness to travel

  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 60.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
  • Extent: full-time, all-in contract
