YOUR MISSION
- Prepare an annual sales budget, a three-month forecast each month, and a Flash (monthly sales forecast) at the beginning of each month to be presented to the Sales Manager. Participate in activities to meet the targets set in the sales budget.
- Identify new customers to expand the customer portfolio. Prepare price calculations and submit offers for new business with existing or potential customers. Arrange samples for new products, oversee graphic design, and define quality grades. Obtain customer approval and proceed with cliché and die-cut processes for approved samples.
- For contracted customers, prepare, review, and submit price escalations (price changes) to the Sales Manager for approval in line with contract terms.
- Visit existing or prospective customers in line with established targets. Communicate customer complaints, along with samples, to the Quality department. Track the process systematically with feedback received from Quality.
- Participate in tenders of existing or potential customers who purchase products through tenders.
- Monitor customer inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained for clients with stocked items.
- Communicate incoming orders to the internal sales department and ensure the orders are processed in the system. Perform cliché and die-cut cost analyses for orders. Achieve cost advantages with QPQ processes (quality, size, design, etc.).
- Ensure analysis and testing of products offered to our customers by competitors, and provide feedback to customers as needed.
- Ensure timely payment from customers and monitor collections.
YOUR PROFILE
- Graduated from universities in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
- Preferably experienced in similar sectors
- Proficient in English.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, planning, order management, sales processes, and logistics operations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Results-oriented with an innovative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Quick learner with strong social skills, effective communication, and persuasion abilities, and capable of handling uncertainties.
- Able to take responsibility in risk management with behavioral flexibility.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to manage workflow efficiently.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul (Asia) or Kocaeli.
- Holder of a Class B driver’s license, capable of active driving, with no restrictions on travel; young and dynamic candidates are preferred.
