Your Mission:

  • Manage and develop existing as well as prospective accounts in Benelux and France
  • Establish and nurture high-level relationships with customers
  • Coordinate all activities to deliver customer satisfaction as well as recognize customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Report on customer visits, results and activity plans 
  • Develop and implement action plans and a multi-year strategy for sustainable and profitable growth withing the sales area 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on regular basis and control performance against forecast
  • Review and monitor sales and KPIs in terms of volume and pricing / profitability of the assigned customer base
  • Manage working capital: collect outstanding invoices and limit stock levels within agreed ranges
  • Proactive business intelligence: monitor and analyze overall market evolution, trends, competitor activities
  • Collaborate closely with key internal functions such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations

Your Profile:

  • 5-10 years of relevant and successful experience in a sales and/or business development role 
  • Experience in and know-how of the paper and packaging industry is a prerequisite
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (Benelux and France)
  • Strong business acumen, outcome orientation, and drive for results 
  • Able to build a strategy and execute the tactics at a high level
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and target oriented
  • International mindset and a team player
  • French, Dutch, or Flemish native speaker and fluent in English
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Well organized and structured approach
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build internal and external networks
