Regional Continuous Improvement Manager Central Europe (f/m/x)

Your mission:  

• Develop and implement a regional continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business goals. 
• Lead the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across all sites. 
• Establish and monitor key KPIs for productivity, waste reduction, and process efficiency. 
• Drive a data-driven decision-making culture using performance analytics and benchmarking. 
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes. 
• Conduct value stream mapping (VSM), process audits, and Kaizen events to identify inefficiencies. 
• Support the standardization of best practices across multiple manufacturing sites. 
• Develop and mentor a network of Lean Champions, Green Belts, and CI teams within the region. 
• Champion a continuous improvement mindset by engaging and training employees at all levels. 
• Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and efficiency. 

Your profile:

• 7+ years in a CI/Operational Excellence management function in a manufacturing environment 
• Proven experience in deploying Lean principles (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, Value Stream Mapping) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis) to drive efficiency. 
• Leading and coaching multi-disciplinary teams to execute improvement projects. 
• Proven track record of embedding a CI mindset within an organization and ensuring long-term adoption.  
• Excellent process and system knowledge. 
• Analytical mindset in combination of good project management skills. 
• KPI driven mindset in combination with adaptive communication style. 
• Strong moderation and communication skills, proficiency in German and English. 
• Motivated and resilient with a practical, task-oriented approach and a focus on continuous learning. 
• Enjoys collaboration, building networks, and leading others in a complex environment. 
• Commitment to maintaining a strong on-site presence at operations within the Central Europe (CE) region.
