Product Development Engineer (f/m/x)

Your mission:

• Design and modify product specifications aligned with market demand and customer input.
• Lead trial productions, both in-house and on customer sites.
• Enhance manufacturing technologies through data-driven analysis of production records.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure laboratory tests meet product development standards and resolve non-conformities.
• Identify the right tools and equipment to support new manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support during the introduction of new technologies, including lab measurements and customer documentation.
• Stay updated on manufacturing capabilities, raw material trends, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints from a technical perspective and provide effective solutions.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (mechanical skills are a plus).
• Proficient in Hungarian,English, both written and spoken.
• A creative, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
• Project management experience with a flexible and precise approach to tasks.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
