Your mission
- Support in handling the compliance tool for Trade Controls and requests from stakeholders in this matter
- Support the Group Legal team with reviewing contracts
- Coordinate various administrative tasks for Group Legal
- Collaboration with the Group Legal department and other departments within Mondi
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in Law or Business Law
- Basic knowledge of contracts/contract law and IT affinity
- Excellent command of English and German; other languages would be an advantage
- Collaborative and supportive team-player with a proactive approach and “can do” attitude
- Ability to work with timelines and motivated to achieve high quality results
Our offer
- Start: September 2024, depending on your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: 12 months
- Extent: part-time, 15 hours / week
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 1,820 gross / month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
