    Your mission

    • Support in handling the compliance tool for Trade Controls and requests from stakeholders in this matter
    • Support the Group Legal team with reviewing contracts
    • Coordinate various administrative tasks for Group Legal
    • Collaboration with the Group Legal department and other departments within Mondi

    Your profile

    • Ongoing studies in Law or Business Law
    • Basic knowledge of contracts/contract law and IT affinity
    • Excellent command of English and German; other languages would be an advantage
    • Collaborative and supportive team-player with a proactive approach and “can do” attitude
    • Ability to work with timelines and motivated to achieve high quality results

    Our offer

    • Start: September 2024, depending on your availability (e.g. notice period)
    • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
    • Duration: 12 months
    • Extent: part-time, 15 hours / week
    • We offer a compensation package starting at € 1,820 gross / month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
