Your mission:

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Tech Fusion: Seamlessly integrate IT and OT systems to optimize efficiency and enhance performance.
  • Problem Solver: Tackle complex challenges by collaborating with various departments to identify technology needs, implement solutions, and streamline processes.
  • ISA-95 Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency across the ISA-95 Model, including critical manufacturing operations, enterprise system collaboration, computer and network infrastructure, equipment connectivity, and security protocols.

And here’s how you’ll do it:

  • Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor and IT representative, maintaining strong relationships with on-site personnel.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Keep manufacturing IT systems healthy across all departments promptly addressing issues and outages.
  • User Support: Manage IT requests, facilitate progress, and remove obstacles.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Evaluate and improve plant IT infrastructure.
  • Project Coordination: Provide onsite project support for IT equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive support documentation, including network diagrams, hardware inventory, and key contacts.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with manufacturing applications, network infrastructure, and hardware.
  • Safety Focus: Strong adherence to safety procedures within a production environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Administration, VMware, and Desktop administration.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing infrastructure best practices and IT standards.
  • Application Familiarity: ERP, MES, LIMS/LAB, SAP, Training, and Time Keeping systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues across all levels of the manufacturing hierarchy (L1 to L2)
  • Effective Communication: Articulate communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
