Your mission:
- Assist in creating and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different supply chain processes.
- Provide support in internal presentation materials.
- Help gather data from various systems for performance analysis.
- Help test new technologies or features related to the supply chain process and provide feedback.
- Support efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional support to team members as required.
Your profile:
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
- Very good skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment.
Our offer:

- Location: Group office Vienna
- Duration: 7 months
- Extent: part-time, approx. 20 hours/week
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 1.820 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
