Your mission:

  • Coordinate various administrative tasks, document management and intranet communication
  • Contribute to our projects and take ownership of smaller projects
  • Get involved in developing presentations and training materials
  • Support in organising training sessions

Your profile:

  • Registered student (m/f/x) in any field of study
  • Passion for the topic and willing to learn
  • Professional in working with all MS Office programs
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have an independent, structured, accurate and organized working style
  • Pragmatic with a can-do and hands-on mentality, ready to do ad hoc tasks
  • Having worked in a corporate environment is an advantage

Our offer:

  • An inspiring position in our Group Safety and Health team 
  • Start: immediate start possible
  • Location: Group office Vienna Duration: 6-12 months
  • Extent: part-time (20 hours)
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 1.820 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
