Your mission:

As an HR Generalist at our Pulp & Paper mill, you will be a cornerstone of our Human Resources team, providing comprehensive HR services to a dedicated inernal client group across the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Supporting our employees and leaders in a unionized environment
  • Ensuring effective HR operations.
  • Supporting various HR processes along the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, payroll, etc.).Fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Administering our benefits and pension plans and ensure our team members receive the support and resources that they need.
  • Collaborating with the local and regional HR team around projects to constantly improve the employee experience at Mondi Hinton.

  • A minimum of 3 years of heavy industrial work experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Abiliy to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adabtabiliy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
