Your mission:
As an HR Generalist at our Pulp & Paper mill, you will be a cornerstone of our Human Resources team, providing comprehensive HR services to a dedicated internal client group across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Supporting our employees and leaders in a unionized environment
- Ensuring effective HR operations.
- Supporting various HR processes along the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, payroll, etc.).
- Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Administering our benefits and pension plans and ensure our team members receive the support and resources that they need.
- Collaborating with the local and regional HR team around projects to constantly improve the employee experience at Mondi Hinton.

- A minimum of 3 years of heavy industrial work experience
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adabtability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
