Your mission:

  • Responsible for operation of the Group’s payment gateway through which approx 35,000 payments, totalling €600 million are made per month.
  • Responsibility for operation of the Group’s netting system through which nearly all the Groups intercompany payments are settled each month.
  • Develop, prepare and analyse various treasury reports for senior management.
  • Support our subsidiaries across all Business Units in various treasury issues.
  • Be an integral part of the Treasury Team, with the opportunity to gain insight into all the various areas of treasury.
  • Actively look to improve internal processes through automation and adoption of new technologies.
  • Liaise with the Group’s relationship banks on matters such as account opening, new and existing cash pooling arrangements, KYC and payments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement initiative of the Group’s Treasury operations by actively participating in Treasury projects.
  • Cooperate with team colleagues in the UK and across the Group.
  • Gain expertise in other team members' roles to be able to provide vacation backup for the daily Treasury dealing operations.

Your profile:

  • Excellent command of English, any other language is an asset
  • A university degree in Finance
  • Excellent command of MS Power Platform
  • Comfortable with managing own tasks, takes initiative without constant supervision, and consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude

  • Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 42,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
