Your mission:
The primary responsibility of the Fibre & Site Services Supervisor is overseeing all aspects of the Fibre & Site Services department, including the mill site grounds keeping, road maintenance, chip unloading, handling and screening, biofuel handling and screening, mobile equipment, pulp waste and landfill operations.
- Supervision of mobile equipment operators, chip screen room operators and labours. labourers, including contractors
- Overseeing chip unloading, handling, and screening
- Handling biofuel deliveries and systems
- Monitor dust collection systems
- Road and yard maintenance, and general site groundskeeping
- Management of pulp mill waste and leachate including industrial landfill site operations
- Responsible for department safety and training
- Overseeing employee payroll, scheduling and labour relations systems
- Entering and scrutinizing maintenance work requests in SAP system, including entering, planning and supervising after hour emergency maintenance request

- Supervisory experience and people management skills are mandatory
- Pulp Mill experience is preferred
- A strong understanding of material handling equipment
- A strong understanding of mobile equipment, including provincial and federal commercial driving regulations
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills
