Your mission

  • Establish and maintain a strong customer relationship based 
  • Responsible for a defined customer base 
  • First point of contact for customer and sales
  • Professional cooperation with the mills and all business relevant units within Mondi   
  • Order entry / processing / call off management
  • Administration & after sales
  • Delivery and invoice follow up 
  • Stock management and follow up

Your profile

  • Open minded and flexible to changes
  • Ability to work in team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service position is preferred 
  • Knowledge of SAP S&D module is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian
