YOUR MISSION
- Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies and develop category strategy accordingly.
- Developing an expertise on commodity supported by researching materials and suppliers
- Ensure close and timely communication with internal/external stakeholders
- Manage supplier base for cost competitiveness, quality and delivery performance
- Provide input into annual plans and KPI,
- Prepare required documentation for supplier meetings or negotiations,
- Analise the data related to RFQ results, suppliers,etc. to presenting them to the management,
- Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments,
- Manage the supplier evaluation and performance complaint process,
- Develop supplier competitiveness and assess the quality level, including deviations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related departments,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced command of English,
- Experience in SAP,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,
- Be used to working in matrix structures,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Capability of handling multiple tasks and priorities,
- Strong in change management,
- Strong in time management and meet deadlines,
- Without travel disabilities
