    Your mission:

    The Benefits & HR Coordinator is key to the success of the Mondi Hinton HR Team and ensures the timely and accurate administration of the employee benefits programs and other HR processes.

    • Administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and well-being programs.
    • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on benefit related matters.
    • Liasing with benefits and pension carriers to ensure employee enrolments and billings are correct.
    • Generating weekly and monthly reports and performing regular audits relative to the benefit and retirement set-ups in our HR systems.
    • Supporting various other HR processes along the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, payroll, etc.).
    • Collaborating with the local and regional HR team around projects to constantly improve the employee experience at Mondi Hinton.

    • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in an HR and/or administrative function.
    • CEBS or GBA certification is an asset, but not required - we are willing to support the right candidate to achieve these designations.
    • Curiosity and openness to learning and taking over new tasks.
    • Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
    • Creative mindset (i.e. building new systems and processes).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
