Your mission:
The Asset Integrity Manager is responsible for the reliability, safety, and efficiency of manufacturing assets at various international sites. This role involves managing asset integrity, energy optimisation, maintenance processes, and sustainability initiatives to improve operational performance and minimise environmental impact. The manager collaborates with plant operations, safety, and sustainability teams to establish best practices within the organisation.
Asset Integrity & Reliability Management
- Implement safety improvement programs for plant network machinery.
- Oversee maintenance programs in all manufacturing plants.
- Lead risk assessments and root cause investigations to enhance asset performance.
- Ensure compliance with international safety and environmental standards.
Energy Optimisation & Sustainability
- Define and execute an energy efficiency roadmap aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with regions & local plant teams to monitor energy consumption, drive efficiency, and reduce carbon footprint.
- Ensure compliance with energy regulations and certification standards across different regions.
Strategic Leadership & International Collaboration
- Act as the subject matter expert on asset integrity and energy optimisation, providing guidance to regional & local teams.
- Establish global KPIs and performance monitoring systems to benchmark and improve asset performance and energy efficiency.
- Engage with senior leadership to align asset management and energy strategies with business objectives.
- Lead international cross-functional teams and foster knowledge-sharing between manufacturing plants.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate new technologies, digital solutions, and automation to improve asset reliability and energy efficiency.
- Develop training and best practices to enhance internal capabilities.
Your profile:
- Over 10 years of experience in production management, maintenance, or energy management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and processes aimed at reducing energy consumption and implementing machine reliability initiatives.
- Experience in technical operations, plant management, and manufacturing technology within the corrugated packaging industry or other process manufacturing sectors.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance programs and oversight of maintenance reliability frameworks.
- Experience working across multiple international sites and managing diverse regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining a strong presence on site at the operations in the Corrugated Solutions segment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of total work time.
