Your mission:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Systems Analyst will possess in depth expertise in SAP to optimize our CMMS. This role includes managing SAP, onboarding staff, providing support, and implementing maintenance and scheduling improvements.
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP), ensuring data accuracy, providing user support, and optimizing maintenance processes.
- Train new and existing staff on SAP usage and deliver ongoing support to enhance system proficiency.
- Apply industry best practices within SAP to improve maintenance efficiency and reliability.
- Lead and support improvements in maintenance software and processes in coordination with the Maintenance Manager and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities efficiently, with proficiency in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.
- Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities in SAP and conduct audits to maintain data integrity
- Foster a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining compliance, participating in audits, and supporting incident investigations.
Your profile:

- 3+ years of progressive experience using SAP as a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration and systems analysis.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Trades, or Information Technology.
- Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) designation is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Project
- Strong passion for driving change and optimizing processes.
